What kind of catering does Sofía offer?
Mediterranean and Spanish first — paella, tapas, tortilla, jamón, gazpacho, sangría — and a Brazilian touch as the USP (coxinhas, pão de queijo, picanha, caipirinhas). We adapt to villa breakfasts, lunch / dinner buffets, cocktail parties, weddings, corporate days. Group sizes 10–60.
Do you do paella catering in Ibiza?
Yes. Paella valenciana, paella mixta, and vegetarian paella are core menu options for villa lunches and large parties. We can cook on-site at the villa for the visual moment if the kitchen / outdoor space allows.
What does villa catering cost in Ibiza?
Pricing depends on group size, format, and number of mornings or evenings. Brunch villa packages typically start around €25 per guest per day. Lunch / dinner buffet packages from €45 per guest. Cocktail parties from €30 per guest. Quotes are tailored — contact us via /catering and we reply within 24h.
Can Sofía cook on-site at the villa?
For most formats yes — we set up at your villa, cook on the day, serve, and break down. For paella and grilled meats we typically cook on-site for the live-cooking experience. Larger sit-down dinners we prep in our restaurant kitchen and finish at the villa.
Are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available?
Yes — every menu has vegetarian and vegan options, and several gluten-free formats (tapioca crepes, salads, grilled vegetables, paella vegetariana). Mention dietary needs in the catering form and we'll build a custom menu.
How far in advance should I book catering?
For July / August villa weeks, ideally 3–4 weeks ahead. For shoulder season (May / June / September / October) 1–2 weeks usually fine. For one-off events 7+ days. Sample tastings at the restaurant in Cala de Bou are welcome before you commit.
